Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie

Cold, creamy, and custom-built to fuel your bounce-back

Ingredients (makes 1 large smoothie)

  • 40g Balletic Smooth™
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 200g frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp nut or seed butter (e.g., almond, sunflower)
  • 300ml oat milk (or milk of your choice)
  • Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or 2–3 soaked dates for sweetness
  • Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia or flaxseeds for added fiber

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
  4. Pour, sip, and recover like a champ.
