Sweet, satisfying, and secretly packed with complete plant protein

Ingredients (Makes ~8 cookies)

¾ cup Balletic Bake™
½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)
¼ cup maple syrup or agave
¼ cup nut butter (e.g., almond)
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Optional: ¼ cup dark chocolate chips, raisins, or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, stir together nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk.
  3. Add Balletic Bake™, oat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Fold in any mix-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.).
  5. Scoop dough into balls and flatten slightly. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden on the edges.
  6. Cool slightly and enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
