- 200g frozen berries
- 1 tbsp nut or seed butter (e.g., almond, sunflower)
- 300ml oat milk (or milk of your choice)
- Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or 2–3 soaked dates for sweetness
- Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon
