Ingredients (Makes ~8 cookies)
¾ cup Balletic Bake™
½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)
¼ cup maple syrup or agave
¼ cup nut butter (e.g., almond)
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Optional: ¼ cup dark chocolate chips, raisins, or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, stir together nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk.
- Add Balletic Bake™, oat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Fold in any mix-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.).
- Scoop dough into balls and flatten slightly. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden on the edges.
- Cool slightly and enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
