Ingredients (Makes 1 loaf)
¾ cup Balletic Bake™
¾ cup flour
3 ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup maple syrup or agave
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp neutral oil (e.g., sunflower, canola)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
Optional: ¼ cup chopped walnuts, dark chocolate chips, or seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Lightly grease or line a loaf pan with parchment.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas. Whisk in maple syrup, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Add Balletic Bake, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until just combined—don’t overmix.
- Fold in any optional mix-ins.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth top. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. Keeps well for 2–3 days or freeze in slices.
