Ingredients (Makes 1 loaf)

¾ cup Balletic Bake™
¾ cup flour
3 ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup maple syrup or agave
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp neutral oil (e.g., sunflower, canola)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
Optional: ¼ cup chopped walnuts, dark chocolate chips, or seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Lightly grease or line a loaf pan with parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas. Whisk in maple syrup, milk, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Add Balletic Bake, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until just combined—don’t overmix.
  4. Fold in any optional mix-ins.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth top. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. Keeps well for 2–3 days or freeze in slices.
